Informativa sulla privacyPrivacy policy

Gianmarco Bianchi.

Gianmarco Bianchi. For any privacy request you can write to the address shown here or use the contact form on this website.

• Data you send through the contact form: name, organisation or festival (optional), email address, phone number (optional), the subject of your request and the text of your message.
• Technical browsing data: when you visit the website, the hosting service automatically records some technical information, such as IP address, browser type, date and time of the visit, needed for the website to work and stay secure.

• Replying to your message and handling any follow-up (concert invitations, collaborations, information about lessons): steps taken at your request and legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• Running the website and keeping it secure: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Filling in the form is optional, but without a name, an email address and a message it is not possible to reply.

• Netlify, Inc. (United States): website hosting and collection of contact form messages. Data transfers are covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Google (Gmail): receiving message notifications. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your data is never sold or shared with anyone for marketing purposes.

• Fonts: the fonts are hosted on this website, so no request is sent to Google or to other external servers.
• YouTube video: the video preview is an image hosted on this website. The YouTube player loads only when you press play, in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com); from that moment Google’s privacy policy applies.
• Links to Instagram, YouTube and Facebook: when you open these profiles (including those of Pangea Music Academy), the privacy policies of those platforms apply.

The website uses no profiling cookies and no analytics tools. It only stores the language you choose (English or Italian) in your browser: a technical setting that does not identify you and that you can delete from your browser settings.

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any relationship that follows, and are then deleted. Technical browsing data is kept by Netlify for the periods set out in its own policies.

At any time you can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest (Arts. 15–21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
