This policy explains how personal data is handled on gianmarcobianchi.com, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data is processed

  • Data you send through the contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional) and the text of your message.
  • Technical browsing data: when you visit the website, the hosting service automatically records some technical information, such as IP address, browser type, date and time of the visit, needed for the website to work and stay secure.

Purposes and legal basis

  • Replying to your message and handling any follow-up (concert invitations, collaborations): steps taken at your request and legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
  • Running the website and keeping it secure: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Filling in the form is optional, but without a name, an email address and a message it is not possible to reply.

Service providers

  • Netlify, Inc. (United States): website hosting and collection of contact form messages. Data transfers are covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • Google (Gmail): receiving message notifications. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your data is never sold or shared with anyone for marketing purposes.

Third-party content

  • Fonts: the website uses Google Fonts, loaded from Google’s servers, which therefore receive your IP address.
  • YouTube video: the video preview image is loaded from YouTube’s servers. The player itself loads only when you press play, in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com); from that moment Google’s privacy policy applies.
  • Links to Instagram and YouTube: when you open these profiles, the privacy policies of those platforms apply.

Cookies

The website uses no profiling cookies and no analytics tools. It only stores the language you choose (English or Italian) in your browser: a technical setting that does not identify you and that you can delete from your browser settings.

How long data is kept

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any relationship that follows, and are then deleted. Technical browsing data is kept by Netlify for the periods set out in its own policies.

Your rights

At any time you can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest (Arts. 15–21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).

  • Rispondere al tuo messaggio e gestire le richieste che ne seguono (inviti a concerti, collaborazioni): misure adottate su tua richiesta e legittimo interesse a rispondere (art. 6, par. 1, lett. b e f GDPR).
  • Garantire il funzionamento e la sicurezza del sito: legittimo interesse (art. 6, par. 1, lett. f GDPR).

Compilare il modulo è facoltativo, ma senza nome, email e messaggio non è possibile rispondere.

Fornitori di servizi

  • Netlify, Inc. (Stati Uniti): hosting del sito e raccolta dei messaggi del modulo. Il trasferimento dei dati è coperto dalle clausole contrattuali standard della Commissione europea.
  • Google (Gmail): ricezione delle notifiche dei messaggi. Google aderisce al Data Privacy Framework UE-USA.

I dati non vengono mai venduti né comunicati ad altri per finalità di marketing.

Contenuti di terze parti

  • Caratteri tipografici: il sito usa Google Fonts, caricati dai server di Google, che ricevono quindi il tuo indirizzo IP.
  • Video YouTube: l’immagine di anteprima del video viene caricata dai server di YouTube. Il lettore vero e proprio si carica solo quando premi play, in modalità privacy avanzata (youtube-nocookie.com); da quel momento si applica l’informativa di Google.
  • Link a Instagram e YouTube: quando apri questi profili si applicano le informative di quelle piattaforme.

Cookie

Il sito non usa cookie di profilazione né strumenti di statistica. Salva nel tuo browser solo la lingua scelta (inglese o italiano): un’impostazione tecnica che non ti identifica e che puoi cancellare dalle impostazioni del browser.

Per quanto tempo vengono conservati

I messaggi sono conservati per il tempo necessario a gestire la richiesta e gli eventuali rapporti che ne derivano, e poi cancellati. I dati tecnici di navigazione sono conservati da Netlify per i periodi previsti dalle sue policy.

I tuoi diritti

In qualsiasi momento puoi chiedere l’accesso ai tuoi dati, la rettifica o la cancellazione, la limitazione del trattamento e la portabilità, e puoi opporti al trattamento basato sul legittimo interesse (artt. 15–21 GDPR).
